Maroun has significant experience advising clients in different sectors on high-value, cross-border, public and private M&A transactions. He has considerable Middle East and U.S. work experience and has advised on several domestic and international M&A deals undertaken both with the Mubadala legal team and as senior associate at an international law firm in New York and Dubai.
Maroun is admitted to practice in New York and Beirut.
