Mark practices primarily in the area of structured products. His structured products experience includes advising on structured products programmes and documenting derivative transactions, primarily with equity, foreign exchange, commodity and interest rate underlyings.
His clients are leading financial institutions. In the past year, Mark has advised on a number of well-known structured products programmes and a number of high profile structured products transactions.
In addition, Mark has considerable experience from his previous work in the area of U.S. municipal finance.
Mark is admitted to the New York State Bar.
