Marie-Theres advises national and international financial institutions, private equity investors, debt funds and corporates in leveraged acquisition finance and corporate lending transactions.
Furthermore, she is specialised in advising financial institutions in national and international project financings. Marie-Theres regularly advises lending groups on complex and large scale-projects, inter alia, in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining Ashurst in 2023, she worked for a renowned UK law firm for more than four years.
