Marianne is a senior associate in our Melbourne Dispute Resolution team and is experienced in complex, contentious commercial and regulatory matters and commissions of inquiry. She has particular experience acting for and advising major banking and finance and energy, resources and infrastructure clients, both in the public and private sectors.
Marianne also regularly advises clients on preventing or limiting disclosure of sensitive documents in the context of discovery, investigations and other compulsory processes.
