Marcus has over 20 years' experience supporting delivery of business critical projects, advising on compliance and internal processes, conducting audits and impact assessments, drafting policies and guidance, and supporting on data and cyber breach management. He has advised numerous multi-national corporates and also various public bodies on GDPR-readiness, and continues to work with clients on GDPR-related compliance, particularly following Brexit. He works with organisations to help design and execute data monetisation strategies and product development, and he has many years' experience dealing with regulators and managing data protection related complaints.
