Marc Hirtz is a counsel in our investment funds practice
Marc specialises in investment fund related matters and advises clients on regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of the creation, structuring and lifecycle management of UCITS, AIFs (including RAIFs) as well as management companies and AIFMs.
Prior to joining our Luxembourg team in July 2019, he worked for several years in the legal department of Allianz Global Investors in Frankfurt am Main as well as in the investment funds department of a well-known independent Luxembourg law firm.
Marc speaks German, French and English.
