Maëlle Lallemant

Maëlle Lallemant is an associate in our antitrust, regulation and foreign investment practice

She assists French and international clients before French and European regulatory authorities and courts, in cases covering all aspects of competition law (i.e. mergers, FDI, FSR, cartels, abuse of dominant position and state aid).

She was seconded to the Munich office in January 2024 and to a client active in the energy market in 2025.

Prior to joining Ashurst, Maëlle worked in the competition team of another major law firm in Paris. She studied law in France and in Germany at Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Ludwig Maximilians University, as well as obtaining the Grande Ecole diploma from Essec, where she studied economics.

Maëlle is registered at the French and Brussels Bars.
