Mae is a Counsel in our Global Markets practice and is qualified in England & Wales and Singapore.
She is a product and regulatory lawyer with over 12 years of experience advising global financial institutions, technology companies and corporate investors on complex cross-border transactions and financial regulatory matters across Asia-Pacific.
Her practice spans the full range of derivatives and other financial market products, including collateral, netting and regulatory capital issues, as well as financial regulatory matters relating to payments and digital assets. This combination of product expertise and Singapore regulatory insight enables her to help clients structure solutions at the intersection of traditional markets, digital asset platforms and payment services.
