Madeleine practices in employment, industrial relations and work health and safety law.
Madeleine advises and assists employers from across industries on their obligations under state and federal workplace relations legislation, anti-discrimination legislation, health and safety laws, as well as employment matters including unfair dismissal, adverse action and bullying claims, employee disciplinary matters, restructuring and redundancies and drafting employment documentation including employment agreements, policies and procedures.
Madeleine has experience with employment, discrimination and work health and safety litigation matters in the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Magistrates Court of Western Australia, the Industrial Magistrates Court of Western Australia, the Equal Opportunity Commission of Western Australia and the State Administrative Tribunal of Western Australia.
Madeleine has also assisted on workplace investigations and with workplace training for clients across various sectors.
