Lucy has experience of advising on investment acquisitions and disposals, corporate real estate transactions and joint ventures, and development transactions. She also continues to act for both landlords and tenants on asset management matters.
Lucy has worked on a significant number of market-leading real estate transactions in the UK and acts for a diverse range of clients including overseas and UK investors, leading developers, funders and large corporate landlords and tenants.
