Lucinda has experience in solvent restructurings, insolvency and commercial dispute resolution, having advised on solvent restructurings, large formal insolvency appointments and acted for clients in complex litigation. She regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, lenders and creditors in a combination of advisory and litigious contexts.

Lucinda has significant experience acting for clients in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.
