Louise has a wide range of experience in debt capital market transactions, advising both underwriters and issuers, in particular bank treasury issuers. Her main areas of expertise are international bond issues, medium term note programmes, regulatory capital issuances, project bonds and euro-commercial paper. She also has extensive experience of regulated market listings, in particular in London, Ireland and Luxembourg.
