Louisa is experienced in the areas of insolvency, debt recovery and commercial dispute resolution. She has advised lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, and secured and unsecured creditors in a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Louisa has particular experience in insolvency-related litigation in both the Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Court of New South Wales, as well as advising in formal appointment situations.
