Lixian has experience advising government entities, private sponsors, banks and contractors on large scale infrastructure projects. She has worked in major law firms domestically and in Asia, and has in-house experience with government and contractor clients. Lixian specialises in drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts for a broad range of delivery models, including design and construct, construct only, EPC, delivery partner, alliance, service contracts, supply contracts, joint venture agreements and consortium agreements.
