Lillian specialises in construction and infrastructure projects, with particular experience in PPP transactions. Lillian's construction and infrastructure experience also includes providing legal and strategic advice to clients on transactions and the preparation, review and negotiation of contract documentation.
Lillian's clients include entities from public and private sectors and also contractors and sponsors of Projects. Lillian has advised on significant infrastructure projects including the $1.6 billion Toowoomba Second Range Crossing (in AUS) and the Puhoi to Warkworth motorway (in NZ).
