Lester specialises in transactions and projects in the energy sector, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, investments, joint ventures, project development and general corporate matters, as well as energy security matters.
He advises domestic and multinational corporates, financial institutions, project sponsors and governments/state-owned entities in these areas and has experience in numerous jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Lester is qualified in Australia and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
