Leïla focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate restructurings. She advises private equity sponsors and multinational corporations on the structuring and implementation of acquisitions, financing arrangements, and ongoing corporate governance matters.
Before joining Ashurst, Leïla worked at a top-tier independent Luxembourg law firm, where she advised clients on investment fund-related matters.
Leïla holds degrees from the University of London, the University of Toulouse I Capitole and the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2024 and speaks French, English, and conversational Spanish.
