Lauren is a competition and regulatory counsel based in our Perth office and advises clients across heavily regulated industries and markets. She has particular expertise in the energy and utilities, transport, logistics and travel sectors.
Her practice encompasses all aspects of competition and consumer law, energy regulation and infrastructure access.
With extensive experience in regulated electricity and gas markets nationally, Lauren has played a key role in shaping responses to proposed energy policy initiatives and legislative developments. She has advised governments, regulators and market bodies on the design and implementation of regulatory frameworks.
Lauren regularly advises on compliance with complex industry-specific regulatory frameworks, investigations involving potential anti-competitive conduct and enforcement action by competition authorities, merger clearance and infrastructure access.
