Lauren has experience advising a number of government and privates sector clients in the procurement, delivery and operations of major infrastructure and transport projects across key industry sectors including rail and roads.
Lauren has experience in delivering these projects under the varying suite of contract and delivery models including traditional contracting models as well as incentivised target cost structures.
