Kylie Lane is a partner in our corporate practice
Kylie practises primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and company law and governance. Kylie's mergers and acquisitions experience includes public company takeovers, schemes of arrangement, private acquisitions and joint ventures. She has extensive expertise in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors and regularly advises clients on the application of Australia's foreign investment regime. Kylie is highly regarded for leading multi-disciplinary teams, providing commercially astute and building long term relationships with clients. She is admitted in New York, as well as Victoria, Australia.
Kylie is a member of Ashurst's global board and is client relationship lead for several of the firm's strategic clients.
