Krista is a partner in the projects & energy transition division based in Sydney
She acts on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects and development transactions, with experience acting for both private and public sector clients in the UK and Australian markets. Krista develops and negotiates project documentation for complex infrastructure projects (including major project documents, procurement documentation, construction contracts, development agreements, major property divestment contracts, services agreements and government development transactions) and advises on project delivery models and procurement strategies.
Krista has worked on projects across a number of industry sectors including rail, light rail, roads, aviation, telecommunications, waste to energy, commercial building and utilities, and has worked with a range of contract delivery methods. She advises on tender processes, the administration of contracts and consultancy services.
Krista completed a secondment to the Ashurst London office from 2014 to 2017 where she worked on major projects such as the £4bn Thames Tideway Tunnel and the Silvertown Tunnel PPP.
