Krista has experience acting on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects and development transactions in the London and Sydney markets. Her experience includes acting for both private and public sector clients in relation to large scale infrastructure procurements, major project documents, procurement documentation, construction contracts, development agreements, major property divestment contracts, services agreements and government development transactions, in addition to acting on various other project-related work.
Since returning to Australia from London in 2017, Krista has been advising WSA Co on the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport, Sydney Metro on the Sydney Metro City & Southwest project and Transport for NSW on the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link Program. While in London, Krista acted on nationally significant infrastructure projects including the £4bn Thames Tideway Tunnel, the Silvertown Tunnel Project and various waste-to-energy projects.
Krista has worked on projects across a number of industry sectors including rail, light rail, roads, telecommunications, waste, commercial building and utilities, and has worked with a range of contract delivery methods, including design and construct, construct only, agreement for lease and PPP, and a number of consultancy, services and stakeholder agreements. She has advised on tender processes, the administration of contracts and consultancy services.
