Kévin Perraudin is an associate in our finance practice
Kevin specialises in banking and finance. He advises equity funds, corporate clients and debt arrangers on a wide range of complex transactions including leverage finance, corporate finance, real estate finance. He also has an international experience in debt restructuring.
Kevin joined Ashurst since April 2021 after two years in another international law firm. Kevin is member of the Paris Bar Association since 2020. Kevin is fluent in English and French.
