Kelly advises on a wide range of commercial and corporate real estate transactions, acting for institutional investors, managers and developers.
Kelly has experience advising on investment acquisitions and disposals of real property, establishment of joint ventures for real estate investments, as well as leasing and development of real property assets. She acts for clients across all stages of the project lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through to completion and post-completion asset management.
