Kathy Srdanovic is a partner in our employment practice
Kathy is based in our Sydney office and specialises in all aspects of employment, industrial relations and discrimination law. Kathy has particular experience working with clients undergoing business transformation. Kathy works closely with her clients to minimise risk and develop and implement employee relations strategies. Kathy also has extensive experience in defending employment related litigation across numerous Australian jurisdictions, including alleged breach of industrial instruments, unfair dismissals, contract disputes, post-employment restraints, general protections (adverse action) and discrimination claims.
Kathy works across a diverse range of industries, including airline operations, information technology, manufacturing and the public sector. She has assisted clients with enterprise bargaining, the interpretation of industrial instruments, the resolution of complex industrial disputes and the management of individual employee issues including performance management and absences from work.
