Katherine Williams

Katherine is an experienced and versatile lawyer who has a broad practice advising banks, funds, sponsors, corporates, multi-laterals, credit enhancement providers, and institutional investors.

She advises on a wide range of finance matters across the debt cycle, with a focus on infrastructure finance, leveraged finance, general corporate facilities and restructurings, using both conventional and Shari’a compliant approaches. 

She worked for 10 years in the United Arab Emirates, largely in private practice but also in the inhouse legal departments of a leading UAE bank, a UAE independent oil and gas company, and a large family-owned UAE investment group.
