Kate is a partner in the projects and energy transition team in Melbourne, with a focus on the energy transition and renewable energy.

Kate routinely advises clients in relation to the development of greenfield renewable energy projects across all technologies, as well as battery and pumped hydro projects. Kate has acted for a range of sponsors in a lead project role for the development, equity sale/purchase and debt financing of renewables projects in the NEM states.

Kate previously worked general counsel at CO2 Australia, where she predominantly worked in creating and bringing carbon offsets to market in Australia.
