Kate is a commercial litigator who is experienced in acting for clients in a large range of complex commercial disputes, white-collar crime, and regulatory and internal investigations.
Kate has assisted clients in resolving disputes covering a broad range of issues in multiple jurisdictions in Australia in state and federal Courts. Those matters have included contractual and commercial disputes, corporate disputes and governance, claims under the Australian consumer law and white-collar crime. She has also acted for financial services clients in regulatory investigations and advised corporate clients on internal investigations.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (major in Politics and minor in Psychology).
