Kate Latta is a senior associate in our project finance practice
Kate helps clients - including borrowers, sponsors, financial institutions and equity and infrastructure funds - structure, negotiate and execute the development and financing of energy (predominately renewable energy) and infrastructure projects.
Her experience, along with her communication and project management skills, allows her to handle complex transactions in a straightforward and practical manner.
Her strengths include breaking down and communicating complex legal and commercial issues to project stakeholders and her practical and disciplined approach to solving legal issues and meeting deadlines. Kate's calm and measured personality also instils confidence in others during stressful and fast paced transactions.
Kate also has experience advising on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including corporate finance, property finance and acquisition finance.
