Kalin Ivanov is a senior associate in our finance team
Kalin is a senior associate in the global loans department and part of the English team based in our Madrid office. He has experience advising on cross-border transactions, with particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance, margin lending and infrastructure finance.
Prior to joining Ashurst, he worked for several years at a Magic Circle law firm in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Kalin is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and as an advocat in Bulgaria and holds LL.M. Finance from the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe University.
