Judy Hong

Judy advises public and private sector clients on the procurement, delivery, and financing of large-scale transportation and social infrastructure projects utilizing P3 and other alternative project delivery models.

Judy was previously a municipal bond attorney, representing school districts and community college districts, underwriters, commercial banks, and non-profit organizations in issuing tax-exempt and taxable financings.

Judy is admitted to the California State Bar and the State Bar of Texas.
