She is a certified employment law specialist (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht) and advises national and international companies on all issues relating to individual and collective employment law, including renumeration and temporary employment matters. Her advice also includes individual and collective dismissals and related client representation in and out of court. 

Furthermore, Juditha has substantial expertise advising on the employment law aspects in M&A transactions and corporate restructurings.

In addition to providing advice in connection with corporate transactions and personnel-related restructuring measures, Juditha also has experience with regard to compliance matters.
