Judit advises financial institutions, debt funds and corporates in leveraged acquisition finance and corporate lending transactions. She also has experience in the restructuring of such transactions. In addition, Judit is specialised in advising financial institutions and corporates on real estate finance and project finance transactions
Prior to joining Ashurst in 2022, she gained working experience in a magic circle firm for 12 years and another international law firm for 3 years.
