Juan Franco is an associate in our U.S. finance practice
Juan advises banks and other financial institutions on structured products, derivatives and other financial transactions. His experience spans equity, commodity, fixed-income, and index-linked structured products and equity derivative transactions. Juan’s practice involves overseeing the day-to-day operation and maintenance and optimization of securities offering programs for both registered and unregistered securities offerings. Juan also advises clients on the automation of structured products and develops bespoke code to generate offering documents, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
In addition, Juan has substantial experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including but not limited to dealer agreements, underwriting agreements, and investment adviser agreements relating to registered and unregistered securities offerings.
Juan is admitted to the New York State Bar.
