Joycelyn has a broad range of experience advising clients on employment, work health and safety and industrial relations matters.
Joycelyn is trusted by her clients to provide practical and strategic advice on complex work health and safety issues including: responding to major safety incidents (including fatalities), navigating regulatory investigations, preparing for prosecutions and coronial proceedings and advising on contractor management.
She is also particularly experienced in defending employment and work health and safety related litigation across numerous Australian jurisdictions including unfair dismissals, general protections (adverse action) claims and alleged breach of industrial instruments.
