Joshuel is an associate in our Projects and Energy Transition Group in Los Angeles. He advises public and private sector clients on the delivery of large-scale transportation and social infrastructure projects.
During law school, Joshuel was a law clerk at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA) in the Renters Small Claims Division, helping tenant disputes with their landlords. During his time at LAFLA, he published a free legal guide for tenants on how to recover their judgment after a victory in small claims court.
Joshuel is a member of the State Bar of California after graduating as an Achievement Fellow with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from UCLA School of Law, where he was Treasurer of the UCLA Latinx Law Students Association. Joshuel graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Management (with a concentration in Sport Law) from New York University.
