Joshua Kang

Joshua Kang is a senior associate in our dispute resolution practice group. Joshua has experience advising clients in complex and high-stakes contentious matters and investigations. These matters have included large contractual disputes, class actions, insolvency proceedings and test cases in the English, Australian and DIFC Courts, royal commissions and public inquiries, regulatory and internal investigations and inquiries and disputes outside of the courts systems.

Joshua has acted for clients in banking and financial services, construction and infrastructure, mining, gaming and leisure, retail and pharmaceutical products and in the public sector. Prior to joining Ashurst, Joshua worked at another leading global law firm and as Tipstaff to Justice Wright of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
