Josh Walsh is a senior associate in our corporate transactions team
He advises clients on a broad range of international and domestic corporate and commercial matters both in the private and public sectors.
Josh has experience in a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, banking and finance and restructuring and insolvency. Josh has also conducted a wide range of sale transactions, from distressed acquisitions in the insolvency space to bid acquisitions leading into initial public offerings on reputable stock exchanges.
Josh also has experience in a plethora of general corporate advisory matters, including coordinating due diligence investigations, reviewing and revising contracts and negotiating various other types of commercial agreements.
