Josh advises corporate and private equity clients in relation to public and private M&A, including schemes of arrangement, local and cross-border negotiated acquisitions and joint ventures. Josh also has experience advising clients on capital raises, ASX Listing Rules compliance, corporate governance matters and general corporate law advice.
Josh works with clients across a variety of sectors, including financial services, private equity, healthcare, real estate, gaming, waste management, critical minerals, energy and resources.
