Jonathan is a senior associate in our corporate transactions practice with international experience of a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. His expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and general corporate matters.
Jonathan regularly advises global corporates across a broad variety of sectors. He has worked in London, Milan and Sydney and has also spent time in-house.
Jonathan is admitted to practice in England & Wales, not Australia.
