Jonathan Chew

Jonathan is a Senior Associate in our Projects, Energy, Environment and Resources team. Jonathan's practice focuses on financing and corporate aspects of major energy and infrastructure projects. His experience includes acting for both sponsors and lenders on several portfolio financings, greenfield developments and financings, refinancings, corporate financings and acquisitions in the renewable energy, oil & gas and infrastructure sector.

Jonathan has also advised on a number of carbon credit transactions, including advising purchasers in carbon credit offtake transactions using both ISDA and bespoke documentation, and acting for lenders on multiple carbon credit project financings.
