John advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and equity capital markets. His experience spans public company takeovers, schemes of arrangement, private equity investments, private treaty transactions and joint ventures. John has advised listed and unlisted companies in relation to director duties, Corporations Act requirement and corporate governance issues.
He has acted on a number of large corporate transactions in the Australian market, advising clients in industries including private equity, energy and resources, mining and utilities, financial services, retail and healthcare sectors.
