John Sartori

​John practises in the corporate and commercial area, with an emphasis on public company takeovers, schemes of arrangements, private acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, shareholders agreements and other commercial arrangements.

He has acted for a wide variety of clients (both Australian and foreign), including resources companies, infrastructure operators, owners and financial investors, and banks and other financial institutions. John also advises on directors' duties and corporate governance, general corporate law (including Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules), employee share schemes, and Australia's securities law and foreign investment laws. John has published articles of various aspects of corporate law.
