John is one of Australia's leading class actions lawyers and also specialises in complex corporate and commercial disputes, government litigation and inquiries.
John has acted in the defence of shareholder class actions, consumer class actions, and class actions against government/statutory bodies. He acted in the seminal High Court case on third party funding (common fund) orders – Brewster. He regularly writes and presents on class action issues.
