Joerg Bartz is a senior associate in our dispute resolution practice
Joerg advises and represents clients in domestic and cross-border disputes before state courts as well as in commercial criminal law, regulatory and compliance matters. He conducts internal investigations and provides general and strategic advice on a broad spectrum of compliance issues. Moreover, Joerg helps clients navigate complex eDiscovery issues.
Joerg studied law at the University of Cologne, University College London and University of California, Berkeley (LL.M.). Prior to joining Ashurst, he worked as an associate in the San Francisco and Singapore office of a global US law firm.
Joerg is a member of the German-American Lawyers' Association (DAJV).
