Joe is an associate in our Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. He has a broad range of expertise, advising different types of clients including landlords, tenants, developers, occupiers, investors and funders. Joe regularly advises on matters involving telecoms, utilities, dilapidations, rights to light, contractual interpretation, break notices, breach of covenant, insolvency, asset management, JV disputes and unopposed and contested lease renewals.
