Joe Giannini is a partner in our Global Loans team in New York.
Joe regularly represents domestic and international clients in banking, finance and related transactions. Joe has extensive experience representing both borrowers and lenders in connection with secured and unsecured lending transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, working capital facilities, asset backed loans, leveraged finance, structured finance arrangements and cross-border transactions.
He represents a diverse group of clients including national and international financial institutions, bank syndicates, private equity firms and various domestic and foreign companies. Joe also represents clients in connection with restructurings and workouts as well as distressed loan trading / purchasing and related enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.
He is admitted in New York and New Jersey.
