Jock O'Shea is a partner in our banking and finance practice
The focus of Jock's practice is real estate financing and asset and receivables financing, but he has wide-ranging experience with a variety of financing structures and products across a number of industry sectors. He also has extensive experience advising clients in a range of industries on issues relating to the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.
Jock's real estate finance experience, primarily acting for financial institutions, covers development financing and investment financing, and dealing with borrowers including ASX-listed developers, managed investment schemes, and private development companies.
Jock's asset and receivables finance experience, acting both for financial institutions and for listed companies, covers secured debt facilities, domestic and cross-border leasing transactions, and receivables and inventory purchase arrangements. He works closely with our direct and indirect tax teams to provide comprehensive advice on structuring and executing financing solutions.
