Jessica specialises in employment, industrial relations and discrimination law.
Jessica advises employers from various industries on their obligations under state and federal workplace laws, including anti-discrimination legislation. She regularly provides strategic advice in relation to a wide range of employment and industrial matters, including employee disciplinary matters; large-scale employee entitlement reviews and remediation; executive engagement and remuneration; restructuring, redundancies and transfer of business issues; discrimination, harassment and bullying matters; workplace investigations; and enterprise bargaining and agreement making.
Jessica has extensive experience in complex litigation, including in proceedings before the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the Fair Work Commission.
