Jessica specialises in employment, industrial relations and discrimination law.
Jessica advises employers from various industries on their obligations under state and federal workplace relations legislation, anti-discrimination legislation and health and safety laws. She regularly provides advice in relation to a wide range of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, adverse action and bullying claims, employee disciplinary matters, restructuring and redundancies, transfer of business issues and the drafting of employment agreements and policies. Jessica also provides strategic advice on industrial relations issues, including in relation to enterprise bargaining and agreement making.
Jessica has experience in employment and industrial relations related proceedings before the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
