Jessica Davies is an energy & resources lawyer based in Perth, having worked in the US, UK and Australia. She is a qualified Australian solicitor and US attorney, with an exceptional record in Australia, the US, UK, Asia and Africa.
Jessica has a range of international experience working with corporations and governments across the world. She has significant experience in the energy, oil & gas and renewables sectors, with a particular focus on structuring, acquisitions, disposals, new projects and joint ventures, as well as supply, transport, infrastructure and operational arrangements.
Jessica has a long association with AMPLA (the Australian Energy and Resources Lawyers Association), and was the inaugural winner of AMPLA's Excellence Award for an Australian lawyer demonstrating achievement and international expertise in energy and resources law.
